TBC-3A microcomputer controlled thin film impact testing machine |
Product Introduction:
1、 Equipment usage:
This machine is suitable for measuring the impact toughness of non-metallic thin film materials such as plastics and rubber, as well as metal foil materials. On the basis of the original mechanical thin film impact testing machine, high-precision angle sensors are equipped, and data acquisition and control are carried out by computers, greatly improving the accuracy of the test results. This equipment can be widely used in the field of pendulum impact testing for materials such as plastics, rubber, and metal foil in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, and quality inspection departments. It meets the requirements of GB8809.
2、 Basic principle:
This instrument uses a hemispherical punch to impact and pass through a thin film sample at a certain speed, measures the energy consumed by the punch, and evaluates the anti pendulum impact energy of the thin film sample based on this energy.
3、 Functional features:
Software platform: VC++programming is an independent installation software that can run on WINDOWS 98/2000/XP systems.
Report format: The experimental report format is flexible and adaptable, suitable for different requirements of different users.
Data editing: The experimental data can be edited and modified flexibly.
Automatic storage: Test conditions and test results can be automatically stored.
4、 Main technical indicators:
1. Maximum impact energy: 3J
2. Sample size: 100mm × 100mm
3. Sample clamp diameter: Φ89、Φ60、Φ50
4. Punch size: Φ25.4mm、Φ12.7mm
5. Swing range: R300mm
6. Swing angle: 90 °
5、 Test method:
1. Measure the test thickness according to GB6672, measure a point at the center of all specimens, and take the arithmetic mean of 10 specimens tested.
2. Select a punch according to the required anti pendulum impact energy for the experiment, so that the reading is between 10% and 90% of the full range
3. Calibrate the instrument according to its usage rules.
4. Flatten the sample and clamp it in the gripper. The sample should not have wrinkles or excessive tension around it. The impact surface of 10 samples should be made *.
5. Hang the pendulum on the release device, press the button on the computer to start the test, and make the pendulum impact the sample. Repeat the same steps for 10 tests, and automatically calculate the arithmetic mean of the 10 samples after the test is completed.
6、 The results show that:
The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the anti pendulum impact energy of 10 samples, with an accuracy of 0.02J
If necessary, calculate the standard deviation S according to the following formula
